Not That Much

This is Earth. The Blue Planet. Two thirds of it is covered with water. Surely, water is plentiful, isn’t it?

Of course, only freshwater is useful to us. And then only the one we can actually access: lakes, rivers, groundwater, etc.

It turns out that the amount of water we can actually use represents a tiny 0.008% of all water on Earth.

That doesn’t feel so plentiful anymore…
